New 2011 Scion Tc!

Now, I am somewhat of a car enthusiast. I enjoy looking and cars, working on them, reading about them, and so on, I enjoy modifying them as well. I own a 2007 Scion Tc which has the 2.4L engine attached to a 5 Spd manual transmission. I am pretty much in love with these cars, because of their ability to be modified and tuned. They are not the fastest car around, but they are very stylish, and if done right they can become very quick. As of right now my car sits at 170 +/- Horsepower and 165 +/- wheel torque. Now, anyone that knows anything about cars would know that the HP rating along with torque isn't the best, but it would be a quick daily driver. I recently added: A cold air intake system, 2 1/2" exhaust from the S pipe back connected to a Greddy Ti-c axel back exhaust, Tein S-tech lowering springs, stock scion spoiler, aftermarket mesh grill and a few interior lights. I uploaded a few pictures of my car, let me know what you think. Now that I have given a little bit of background of my car and why I like them, let's get back to the main reason I started this blog, the new 2011 Scion Tc!. The new 2011 Scion Tc comes equipped with a 2.5L engine attached to a 6spd manual tranny. This upgrade is probably the most exciting for me. With Scion upgrading the engine and transmission it will allow more power to be obtained a lot easier, without the severe internal damage to the engine. The 6spd tranny is going to allow the car to idle a little lower during normal driving conditions, which I really like, this not only helps with fuel mileage, but it also allows for a less noisy ride. I can't wait for Scion to release this car to the public, it's going to be cool to see how people take and modify it to their own specs

I have been looking at the Dezod S-1 Turbo's for awhile a lot of people have them on the Tc and they get decent power out of them and I havnt heard to many bad things about them
